Steve Schofield's current project, 'Land of the Free' explores the private spaces, and in many cases, the favorite costumes of his sitters in the United Kingdom. Lots of Star Wars and Trek enthusiasts in the bunch. Though at first, I have to admit, my kneejerk reaction was to regard the subjects as a bit pathetic-- after about a half a second of that, I found his photos to be quite touching and resolved to lighten up a bit.
